Claims intimation is the process of alerting the insurer when you suffer a loss. A loss can be any damage subject to compensation via insurance on your insured property.

Motor Claims

1. Theft Claims must be notified to us within 48 hours of occurrence
2. Damage Claims must be notified to us within 21 days of occurrence

Non-Motor Claims

1. Must be notified to us within 14 days of occurrence
2. Group Personal Accident claims must be notified within 90 days of occurrence
